Heightening installation method for prefabricated steel roof truss
The invention provides a heightened installation method for a prefabricated steel roof truss, and belongs to the technical field of steel roof truss installing.The prefabricated steel roof truss is divided into at least two roof truss part structures by dismantling a preset number of inter-shaft components at preset positions of the prefabricated steel roof truss which is basically installed and formed; then the roof truss part structure is integrally lifted to a preset elevation, prefabricated heightened steel columns are installed on the tops of concrete columns below the roof truss part structure and fixed to the roof truss part structure, and prefabricated side supporting trusses are installed on the two sides of a formed preliminarily heightened roof truss, so that the overall structure is stable; finally, the preset number of inter-shaft components are reinstalled to the corresponding positions of the stable and heightened roof truss. By means of reasonable design change and ingenious construction planning, refitting within a limited range is carried out, it is guaranteed that the steel roof truss meets the elevation requirement for heightening, large-area dismantling and reworking of a roof system are avoided, the design risk is avoided, and a large amount of material cost and time cost are saved.
