Cement clinker firing system using various wastes as alternative fuels
The invention relates to the technical field of cement clinker firing, and discloses a cement clinker firing system taking various wastes as alternative fuels, which comprises an alternative fuel batching and conveying system and an alternative fuel firing system. Hazardous refuse derived fuel, biomass refuse fuel and first non-hazardous solid recovered fuel are mixed through an alternative fuel proportioning and conveying system and then conveyed into a decomposing furnace, and the three alternative fuels account for 45%-50% of the heat of the whole sintering system; second non-dangerous solid recycled fuel is conveyed into the alternative fuel combustor through the alternative fuel batching and conveying system, the second non-dangerous solid recycled fuel accounts for 45%-50% of the heat of the whole firing system, garbage can be stably used as alternative fuel for a long time, traditional fossil fuel can be basically replaced, the proportion and the type of the fuel are determined, and the fuel utilization rate is increased. And more than 95% of garbage can be used as alternative fuel to replace traditional fuel for long-term stability.
