The invention discloses a preparation method of an anti-radiation basalt fiber material for concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting chopped basalt fibers into stirring equipment; adding a modifier under a stirring condition, and forming a modified layer on the surface of the short-cut basalt fiber at set modification time and modification temperature; and adding boron carbide, and continuously stirring for a set time at a set temperature, so as to prepare the anti-radiation basalt fiber material for concrete. According to the method, high-speed stirring equipment commonly used in the industry is adopted for conducting dry treatment on the basalt fibers, the surfaces of the basalt fibers are coated with a layer of modifying agent, then boron carbide is added, and therefore the anti-radiation basalt fiber material is prepared, the technological process is simple, feasible, stable, reliable and low in cost, and industrial production is easy to achieve. Production can be carried out under existing production process and equipment conditions, industrial large-scale production can be achieved, and the anti-radiation basalt fiber material can be applied to the field of anti-radiation concrete.
本发明公开了一种混凝土用防辐射玄武岩纤维材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将短切玄武岩纤维放置于搅拌设备中;在搅拌条件下加入改性剂,并在设定的改性时间和改性温度下,使所述短切玄武岩纤维表面形成改性层;加入碳化硼,在设定温度下继续搅拌设定时长,以制备出所述混凝土用防辐射玄武岩纤维材料。本发明该方法采用工业上常用的高速搅拌设备对玄武岩纤维进行干法处理,在玄武岩纤维表面包覆一层改性剂,然后加入碳化硼,从而制备出防辐射玄武岩纤维材料,该工艺过程简单可行,稳定可靠,成本低,能给在现有的生产工艺及设备条件下进行生产,可以实现工业化大规模生产,防辐射玄武岩纤维材料可以应用到防辐射混凝土领域。
