The invention discloses a soil stabilizer which comprises a soil stabilizer A and a soil stabilizer B. The soil stabilizer B is cement, and the soil stabilizer A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.00-4.44 parts of sodium silicate, 0.50-2.22 parts of calcium chloride, 0.50-2.22 parts of sodium sulfate and 0.25-1.11 parts of sodium hydroxide based on 100 parts by weight of cement. The cement can be used for curing engineering residue soil or waste slurry, and is high in compressive strength, simple in preparation method and low in cost.
