The invention discloses anti-carbonization type large-dosage admixture ecological concrete and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that S1, a high-activity admixture, a low-activity admixture, an inactive admixture and an exciting agent are mixed and then subjected to superfine grinding, and a superfine admixture is obtained; s2, blending the superfine admixture, silica fume, cement and a mineralization promoting agent to form a cementing material, blending the cementing material, sand, stone, water and a water reducing agent to form concrete, and pouring the concrete into a mold; s3, vibration forming is conducted, and after plastering is completed, the concrete belt mold is placed in a mineralization kettle for carbon mineralization curing; and S4, discharging from the kettle and demolding. Through carbon mineralization maintenance, the strength of the concrete is improved, a dense carbon mineralization surface layer is formed, further carbonization of the concrete is prevented, and the ecological concrete is prepared. By using the superfine admixture in a large mixing amount, the solid waste utilization rate is increased, the cement consumption in the concrete is reduced, meanwhile, a certain mass of CO2 can be cured, and the carbon emission in concrete production is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了提供一种抗碳化型大掺量掺合料生态混凝土及其制备方法,制备方法包括:S1、将高活性掺合料、低活性掺合料、无活性掺合料及激发剂混合后进行超细粉磨,得到超细掺合料;S2、将超细掺合料、硅灰、水泥、促矿化剂共混形成胶凝材料,将胶凝材料、砂、石、水、减水剂共混形成混凝土,浇筑至模具中;S3、振捣成型、抹面完成后,将混凝土带模置于矿化釜碳矿化养护;S4、出釜脱模。本发明通过碳矿化养护,提升混凝土强度的同时,形成密实的碳矿化表层,阻止混凝土进一步碳化,制备成为生态型混凝土。超细掺合料大掺量使用提高了固废利用率,降低了混凝土中水泥用量,同时能够固化一定质量的CO2,大幅降低了混凝土生产碳排放。
