New method for preparing wall thermal insulation material from building solid waste
The invention relates to a novel method for preparing a wall thermal insulation material by using building solid waste, which mainly comprises the following steps: adding crushed crude pearlite, waste concrete powder, water glass, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and rock wool into a proper container according to a certain proportioning ratio by adopting an alkali-activated normal-temperature foaming method, stirring and uniformly mixing, adding a foaming agent H2O2 after fully stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain the wall thermal insulation material. The perlite-based porous geopolymer thermal insulation material which is high in porosity, light in density and good in compression resistance is prepared by uniformly mixing the raw materials, injecting the raw materials into a mold at room temperature, foaming for 24 hours, demolding and then putting into a drying oven for drying, and the energy loss of heat transfer in a building can be effectively reduced, so that the requirements on a heater and an air conditioner are reduced; therefore, the energy consumption is reduced. In the technical field of new energy and energy conservation, the method has important significance on improvement of an energy-saving technology of a building exterior wall enclosure structure and reasonable utilization of building wastes.
本发明是一种利用建筑固废制备墙体保温材料的新方法,主要采用碱激发常温发泡法以将珍珠岩粉、废旧混凝土粉料、水玻璃、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、岩棉按照一定的配料比加入合适的容器,进行搅拌并混合均匀,充分搅拌后加入发泡剂H2O2,混合均匀,并于室温下注入模具中进行发泡24h,脱模后放入烘箱进行烘干处理,制备出一种孔隙率高、密度轻、抗压性能好的珍珠岩基多孔地质聚合物保温材料,可以有效地减少建筑物内部传热的能量流失,从而降低对暖气和空调的需求,进而减少能源的消耗。在新能源及节能技术领域,对建筑物外墙围护结构节能技术的改进和对建筑废弃物的合理利用具有重要意义。
