Inertia-enhanced quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator and floating slab ballast bed system
The invention provides an inertia-enhanced quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator and a floating slab ballast bed system. The system mainly comprises a vertical steel spring, an inclined elastic component and a screw rotation type ball screw inerter. One end of the vertical steel spring is fixed on the cylindrical supporting base, and the other end is fixed at the lower end of the bearing plate; one end of each side inclined elastic component is fixed on the upper edge of the cylindrical supporting base, and the other end is connected with the side surface of the bearing plate; when a train passes by, the floating plate performs vertical reciprocating motion, the stroke chamber of the inerter performs vertical motion, and the ball in the nut rotates to drive the lead screw to rotate, so that the flywheel is driven to rotate, and the required inertial mass is obtained. By the adoption of the vibration isolator, low-frequency vibration of a traditional steel spring floating slab track can be effectively reduced.
