The invention relates to the field of road engineering, in particular to an assembly type road pavement paving structure which comprises a road plate, an embedded block is fixed to one end of the road plate, an embedded groove allowing the embedded block to be embedded is formed in the other end of the road plate, the road plate is connected with a positioning assembly, the positioning assembly comprises a first elastic part and a positioning rod, and a sliding groove is formed in the inner wall of the embedded groove. One end of the first elastic piece in the elastic direction is connected to the inner wall of the sliding groove, the other end of the first elastic piece in the elastic direction is connected to the rod face of the positioning rod, and a positioning groove for embedding the end of the positioning rod is formed in the surface of the embedded block. According to the assembly type road surface, the positioning rods and the first elastic pieces are arranged, the abutting force between the adjacent road plates is improved, when the road plates expand and contract to different degrees, the adjacent road plates are not prone to relative displacement and sliding, the overall stability of the assembly type road surface is improved, and therefore the service life of the assembly type road surface is prolonged.
