The device comprises a base, a bottom frame and a driving assembly are fixed on the base, and a movable frame is arranged in the bottom frame; telescopic mechanisms are arranged at two opposite corners of the movable frame, each telescopic mechanism comprises a fixed frame, a fixed plate is arranged on the fixed frame, a movable sleeve is arranged in a hole of the fixed plate, the movable sleeve is in threaded connection with a screw rod, a driving plate is arranged outside a connecting plate, and an electric cylinder is fixed on the fixed plate and the driving plate; the double-end rotation driving assembly comprises a shell, a driving motor is fixed to the shell, and the threaded rod is sleeved with a polygonal connecting through groove of a connecting plate. A rotor of the driving motor is fixedly connected with the first driving shaft, and a first bevel gear on the first driving shaft is meshed with a second bevel gear on the second driving shaft. And anti-falling mechanisms are arranged at the other two corners of the movable frame. The method has the advantage that the overall rigidity and the anti-overturning capacity can be improved.
