The invention relates to the technical field of parking space locks, in particular to a folding turnover type parking space lock which comprises a shell seat and a mounting seat, a through opening is formed in the top of the shell seat, the shell seat is detachably arranged in the mounting seat, and a blocking mechanism and a reverse shifting mechanism are mounted in the shell seat; the blocking mechanism comprises a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft which are rotationally installed in the shell base, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are symmetrically sleeved with two sets of ratchet wheels, two sets of rotating rods are rotationally installed at the positions, corresponding to the ratchet wheels, of the shell base, pawls are fixed to the rotating rods, and a first blocking rod and a second blocking rod are fixed to the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft respectively. The blocking mechanism and the reverse shifting mechanism are arranged, and when a user opens the blocking mechanism, other vehicles can be prevented from occupying the parking space; a user can park in the parking space by controlling the reverse shifting mechanism through the electronic key and closing the blocking structure, operation is greatly simplified, the reverse shifting mechanism is arranged in the shell base, direct rain is avoided, and the service life is prolonged.
