The invention discloses a core-pulling type charge silt-preventing drainage soft soil foundation reinforcing device which comprises a hollow drill rod, a drainage sleeve, a gradient silt-preventing permeable structure and a sealing cap. The drainage sleeve is arranged in the hollow drill rod in a sleeved mode, the gradient silt blocking and water permeating structure is arranged at the bottom of the drainage sleeve, and the sealing cap is arranged at the top of the drainage sleeve in a sealed mode. The gradient silt-blocking water-permeable structure is sequentially provided with a water-permeable base material, an isolating layer, a sealing layer and a polyelectrolyte layer from outside to inside. A negative charge material is introduced into the soft soil foundation reinforcing device, and it is guaranteed that the drainage sleeve is prevented from being blocked by charged clay particles in the soft soil foundation drainage process. Meanwhile, the core-pulling type permeable base material and the isolating layer are adopted, so that residual uncharged impurities can be isolated from a small amount of clay particles with tiny charges, gradient isolation of the clay particles is achieved, the drainage device has repairability, long-term use of the device is guaranteed, and smooth drainage is guaranteed.
