The limiting blocks are clamped into the limiting grooves by rotating the supporting rods, then the limiting blocks are fixed to the inner side wall of the top plate through screws, accordingly, the side supporting steel plates and the top plate are fixed at the included angle of 90 degrees, the side supporting steel plates are stopped and limited through the two stopping assemblies, and therefore a complete house is assembled; and the potted plants are clamped and fixed to the side faces of the top ends of the external connecting plates through the clamping and fixing assemblies, so that the placement stability of the potted plants is effectively improved.
