According to the assembly type inner filling stone steel pipe concrete column-steel beam combination joint, waste stone is used for replacing part of concrete in a steel pipe, the using amount of the concrete in the structure is reduced, and carbon and emission are reduced; and the packing stone in the steel pipe concrete structure can effectively relieve compressive buckling of the steel pipe, and under the constraint of the steel pipe concrete, the dressed stone is in a three-way compressive state, so that the strength of the dressed stone can be fully exerted, and the performance of the combined structure is remarkably improved. The steel plates and the dressed stone are connected through the structural adhesive, the steel plates are connected through the batten plates, and then the dressed stone is positioned in the outer steel pipe, so that the construction technology of a traditional concrete filled steel tube (SCFST) column filled with stone inside is simplified, and meanwhile the advantages of being simple in construction, energy-saving, environment-friendly and good in quality of a prefabricated assembly type structure are combined.
本发明提供了一种装配式内填料石钢管混凝土柱‑钢梁组合节点,其利用废弃石材替代钢管中的部分混凝土,降低了结构中混凝土的用量,降碳减排;且钢管混凝土结构内填料石可有效缓解钢管的受压屈曲,且在钢管混凝土约束下,料石处于三向受压状态,料石强度可充分发挥,使得组合结构性能显著提升。采用钢板与料石通过结构胶连接,并通过缀板将钢板相互连接,进而对料石进行在外钢管内的定位,不仅简化了传统内填料石钢管混凝土(SCFST)柱施工工艺,同时结合预制装配式结构施工简单,节能环保,质量佳的优点。
