Anti-collision lock
The invention provides an anti-collision lock which comprises a lock shell, a clamping hook assembly, a stop assembly and a feedback assembly, the clamping hook assembly, the stop assembly and the feedback assembly are arranged in the lock shell, one end of the clamping hook assembly is buckled with or separated from a lock hook, the other end of the clamping hook assembly is connected with the stop assembly, and the end, away from the clamping hook assembly, of the stop assembly is connected with an electromagnetic coil. One end of the feedback assembly is arranged on the front side of the stop assembly, the other end of the feedback assembly is connected with the lock control plate, under the action of the electromagnetic coil, the stop assembly can drive the clamping hook assembly to be completely buckled with or separated from the lock hook, and an anti-collision block is arranged in the lock shell and used for preventing abnormal unlocking caused by releasing of the lock hook and the clamping hook assembly during external violent collision; according to the anti-collision lock, the structure of the lock can be effectively simplified, the capacity of the lock for preventing external violent collision is improved, the safety of the lock is improved, the cost of the lock is reduced, the strength and tolerance of the lock shell are improved, and then the reliability of the lock is greatly enhanced.
本发明提供了一种防撞击锁,包括锁壳、卡钩组件、止动组件和反馈组件,锁壳内部设置卡钩组件、止动组件和反馈组件,卡钩组件一端与锁钩扣接或分离,卡钩组件另一端与止动组件连接,止动组件远离卡钩组件的一端与电磁线圈连接,反馈组件一端设置在止动组件前侧,反馈组件另一端与锁控板连接,在电磁线圈作用下,止动组件能够带动卡钩组件实现与锁钩的完全扣接或分离,锁壳内部设置防撞块,防撞块用于在外部暴力撞击时,防止锁钩与卡钩组件脱扣而异常开锁;通过本发明所述的一种防撞击锁,能够有效的简化锁的结构,提高锁的防止外部暴力撞击的能力,提高锁的安全性,降低锁的成本,提高锁壳的强度以及耐受力,进而大大增强锁的可靠性。
