The invention discloses a large-span bridge separation type three-box girder wind vibration monitoring and intelligent vibration reduction protection device, which comprises four sets of anemorumbometers, a plurality of acceleration sensors, a collection box, a central control system and four sets of air suction/blowing systems, and is characterized in that the central control system collects data of the four sets of anemorumbometers and the plurality of acceleration sensors in real time; the central control system judges the wind field condition at the position with the maximum acceleration and the three box girders are in a static or vibration state, if the three box girders vibrate, the central control system judges whether the vibration amplitude exceeds a standard allowable value or not, then controls operation of the four sets of air suction/blowing systems and feeds back collected wind speed signals and vibration signals in real time, closed-loop control is formed, and the wind speed signals and the vibration signals are transmitted to the three box girders. And until the gap flow dominant frequency power spectrum density amplitude and the real-time vibration amplitude are smaller than the allowable values. The device has the advantage of being simple in structure, and vortex-induced vibration of the separated three-box-girder structure can be effectively prevented/controlled.
