The invention provides a vehicle capturing device. The vehicle capturing device comprises an anchoring component fixedly installed at the end of a loading vehicle, a pushing device installed on the anchoring component and an action assembly. The action assembly is pushed by the pushing device to approach the target vehicle in the direction parallel to the driving direction of the loading vehicle, restrains the driving wheels of the target vehicle and limits the distance between the target vehicle and the loading vehicle. Therefore, according to the invention, only the specific target vehicle running on the road can be intercepted by using the loading vehicle, and other vehicles running on the road at the same time are not interfered. According to the intercepting mode, the driving wheels of the vehicle are mainly restrained, so that the target vehicle cannot be damaged, the target vehicle can be kept within the specific distance range through the action assembly, and a secondary accident caused by misoperation of a driver when the target vehicle is intercepted can be effectively avoided. Safety driving of the target vehicle and the loading vehicle can be guaranteed at the same time, and passengers and drivers on the vehicles of the two parties are protected.
