The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant environment barrier coating bonding layer and a preparation method thereof. The layer material of the high-temperature-resistant environment barrier coating bonding layer is mixed powder of HfSi2 particles and Si particles; the bonding layer of the high-temperature-resistant environmental barrier coating is obtained by HfSi2 and Si mixed particles in the form of thermal spraying powder through an atmospheric plasma spraying method, the bonding layer is used for being arranged between the surface layer of the environmental barrier coating and the ceramic-based composite material, and the thickness of the bonding layer is about 30-80 microns. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparation of thermal spraying powder and atmospheric plasma spraying. Comprising a SiCf/SiC composite material matrix/HfSi2-Si bonding layer/Yb2Si2O7 surface layer of the bonding layer can be kept for 100 hours in a 1350 DEG C water-oxygen coupling environment, and the coating does not fall off obviously.
