The invention discloses a bridge construction sliding rail and a working method thereof. The bridge construction sliding rail comprises two sets of fixed bases; the number of the fixing mechanisms is two, each fixing mechanism comprises a sliding rail body, a plurality of connecting components and a plurality of butt joint components, each connecting component is arranged on the fixing base, each butt joint component is arranged on the connecting component, and the sliding rail body is arranged among the butt joint components; by rotating a fixing bolt, an upper elastic piece and a lower elastic piece make contact with the inner wall of a mounting cylinder, the fixing bolt is connected with the mounting cylinder, through rotation and transmission of a mounting motor, a fixing claw is movably clamped to a connecting piece, the mounting stability of the sliding rail body is improved, and meanwhile a user can conveniently mount and dismount the sliding rail body; and the moving plate drives the mounting block and the transmission wheels to move, and the positions of the two transmission wheels are adjusted, so that a gap between the sliding rail body and the limiting mechanism is reduced, and the sliding rail runs stably or is braked emergently.
