Through effective combination of the main tank, the first auxiliary tank, the second auxiliary tank, the beach land between the first tanks and the beach land between the second tanks, on the premise that the occupied area is not newly increased and the flood discharge section area is ensured, the tidal water flow characteristics and the tidal level change rule are fully utilized, the beach flushing and beach drying functions are exerted, the subsurface zone range is increased, and exchange of microorganisms and nutrient substances is promoted; the method can further maintain the form stability of the beach land, promote microbial decomposition, and provide a material basis for the stability of a river ecosystem.
