The invention discloses an assembly type ecological sheet pile and a using method thereof.The assembly type ecological sheet pile comprises a supporting sheet pile, the cross section of the supporting sheet pile is of a U-shaped structure, concave-convex openings used for butt joint when a supporting structure is formed are formed in the two ends of the supporting sheet pile, and a plurality of prestressed steel bars are arranged in the supporting sheet pile in the longitudinal direction; the end of the prestressed steel bar is connected with a steel bar sleeve nut arranged at the end of the supporting sheet pile, and the outer surface, close to the supporting side, of the supporting sheet pile is of a polygonal corner angle structure to form a plurality of resistance faces matched with soil at the supporting position. The cross section of the supporting sheet pile is of the U-shaped structure, the surface, making contact with the soil body, of the supporting sheet pile is designed to be of the polygonal corner angle structure, friction force can be increased, and sliding protection can be effectively conducted on the soil body making contact with the outer surface of the supporting sheet pile.
