Multi-isolation type anti-drag precast pile and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a multi-isolation type anti-drag precast pile and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pile foundation construction. The multi-isolation type anti-drag precast pile comprises a precast pile body, an isolation anti-drag composite film, a fixing piece and an anti-drag coating; a drag reduction coating is arranged on the outer surface of the precast pile, the isolation drag reduction composite film is of a two-layer structure, a cavity between an inner film and an outer film is filled with a liquid drag reducer, and a non-return pressure relief hole is formed in the outer film. The isolation anti-drag composite film is fixed to the lower end of the precast pile through the fixing piece, and the overlong part of the isolation anti-drag composite film on the surface of the lower precast pile is in free lap joint with the isolation anti-drag composite film on the surface of the upper precast pile. The construction method comprises the following steps: cleaning the precast pile; preparing an isolation and resistance reduction composite film; performing hole forming operation; precast pile construction; and finishing the construction. The surface of the precast pile is covered with the isolation and resistance reduction composite film, so that the influence of settlement on the pile foundation in the construction process of a soft soil area or a soil filling area and after construction is eliminated.
