Method for leaking stoppage of underground diaphragm wall by using hydrophilic group material
In order to solve the problems that according to an existing leaking stoppage method, the reinforcement condition is difficult to estimate, and a grouting material is wasted, the invention provides a method for leaking stoppage of an underground diaphragm wall through a hydrophilic base material. The leaking stoppage method comprises the following steps that firstly, a crack area of the underground diaphragm wall is cleaned; secondly, leaking stoppage materials are prepared; thirdly, the materials are compressed and sealed; fourthly, cracks of the underground diaphragm wall are plugged; the overall design is reasonable, operation is easy, construction is convenient, and by means of the leaking stoppage method, it can be effectively avoided that slurry is diffused everywhere in the grouting process, and material waste is caused; in addition, the problems that the slurry leaking stoppage effect is slow, and soil disturbance is likely to be caused are solved, and rapidness and high efficiency are achieved; and on the other hand, aiming at the condition of water leakage caused by crack expansion during the period of no construction or unmanned monitoring, the method can play a role in timely leaking stoppage, nip in the bud and avoid loss, and great convenience is brought to the blocking work of the underground diaphragm wall of the deep foundation pit.
为了解决能够解决现有堵漏方法的加固情况难以估计、注浆材料浪费的问题,本发明提供一种利用亲水基材料进行地下连续墙堵漏的方法,其特征在于,该堵漏的方法包括如下步骤:第一步骤:清理地下连续墙的裂缝区域:第二步骤:堵漏材料准备:第三步骤:对材料进行压缩封口:第四步骤:对地下连续墙的裂缝进行封堵:第五步骤:水溶薄膜袋溶解且封堵材料吸水封堵完成。本发明整体设计合理、操作简单、施工方便,采用上述堵漏方法能够有效的避免注浆过程中浆液到处扩散,造成材料浪费;另外,还克服浆液堵漏效果慢、让易造成土体扰动的问题,快捷高效;还一个,针对不施工或无人监护期间裂缝扩展造成漏水的情况,本方法能够及时起到及时堵漏作用,防患于未然,避免损失,给深基坑地下连续墙的封堵工作带来了较大的便利。
