Geomembrane pressing device and geomembrane pressing method thereof
The geomembrane pressing device comprises an integrated box body and a pressing assembly, the pressing assembly is arranged at the bottom of the integrated box body, the integrated box body comprises a bearing box, a plate cover, a locking assembly and a storage battery, the plate cover is installed at the top of the bearing box through the locking assembly, and the storage battery is installed between the bearing box and the plate cover. The pressing assembly comprises a film supporting roller, a guide roller, a heating roller and a pressing roller, the film supporting roller is obliquely and rotationally arranged at the bottom of the bearing box, and the guide roller, the heating roller and the pressing roller are vertically and rotationally installed at the bottom of the bearing box. By means of the arrangement mode that the integration box body and the pressing assembly are matched, when the integration box body moves, the two symmetrically-inclined membrane supporting rollers can support geomembranes which are laid in a lap joint mode, then the guiding roller, the heating roller and the pressing roller are matched, and the butt joint positions of the two adjacent geomembranes can be vertically connected in a press-fit mode; therefore, the working efficiency of pressing is improved.
