The invention discloses a pile sinking model test device which comprises a base on which a mounting seat is arranged in a sliding manner; the pair of stand columns are arranged on the base and are arranged on the two sides of the pair of mounting seats respectively, a cross beam is arranged between the pair of stand columns, a mounting block is arranged on the cross beam in a sliding mode, a load loading instrument is arranged on the mounting block, the pair of stand columns are hollow, lifting blocks are arranged in the pair of stand columns, and the lifting blocks are arranged on the two sides of the pair of mounting seats respectively. The ends, close to each other, of the lifting blocks penetrate out of the stand column and ascend and descend along the stand column. The model groove is formed in the upper portion of the mounting base, the side walls, close to the pair of lifting blocks, of the model groove are rotationally connected with the corresponding lifting blocks, and an inner groove is detachably formed in the model groove; and the driving piece drives the pair of lifting blocks to lift synchronously. The pile sinking model test device has the beneficial effects that the pile sinking model test device convenient to clean is provided, use of the model groove is not delayed, meanwhile, the inner groove is cleaned, and cleaning is convenient.
