The invention discloses a green building rainwater recycling device which comprises a bowl-shaped receiving cover, the bottom of the bowl-shaped receiving cover is communicated with a recycling barrel, a flow guide mechanism is fixedly installed at the top of the bowl-shaped receiving cover, and by rotating a reciprocating screw rod, a plurality of arc-shaped supporting frames and a bearing frame are stressed to deflect, so that a rainwater recycling effect is achieved. Then the corresponding L-shaped supporting frames are synchronously pushed to move towards the periphery of the bowl-shaped receiving cover, in the process, the diameter of a rainwater collecting opening defined by the second gaskets and the L-shaped supporting frames is increased, and similarly, the diameter of the rainwater collecting opening defined by the second gaskets and the L-shaped supporting frames can be reduced by reversely rotating the reciprocating screw; according to the technical scheme, a user can dynamically adjust the size of the collecting caliber of the rainwater recycling device according to the actual installation environment applicability of a building, and therefore the rainwater recycling efficiency in the current environment is improved.
