The invention discloses an elastic anti-seismic building supporting frame which aims at remarkably improving the stability and safety of a building in an earthquake through unique structural design and material selection of the elastic anti-seismic building supporting frame. The frame is made of high-elasticity steel and comprises horizontal and vertical supporting pieces and reinforced connecting nodes, and the nodes are provided with high-elasticity buffering gaskets and the prestress technology so as to improve the dynamic response capacity of the frame. In addition, an advanced damping system is integrated in the frame, so that the vibration amplitude of the building can be effectively controlled and reduced when an earthquake occurs. An anti-seismic protection layer made of composite materials is further arranged on the periphery of the frame, and the anti-seismic performance of the structure is further enhanced.
