The invention discloses a steel structure beam column positioning and connecting structure which comprises a steel column, a steel beam and a mortise and tenon joint structure used for connecting and positioning the steel beam and the steel column. The mortise and tenon joint structure comprises a positioning steel tenon arranged on one of the steel column and the steel beam and a positioning mortise formed in the other one of the steel column and the steel beam, and the steel column and the steel beam are connected and positioned by inserting the positioning steel tenon into the positioning mortise. According to the method, installation is accurate and convenient, the installation progress can be greatly accelerated, installation is rapid and efficient, rapid positioning and connection are achieved, the safety of the steel beam installation process is greatly improved, the steel beam can be adjusted and fastened more conveniently, and the safety of the steel structure installation process is greatly improved; and meanwhile, the tensioning procedure frequently needed between the two steel columns is avoided.
