A support connecting structure of a prefabricated floor slab comprises a prefabricated beam, a beam connecting piece, the prefabricated floor slab and a post-pouring block. The prefabricated floor slab comprises prefabricated floor slab concrete and prefabricated floor slab steel bars; the prefabricated floor slab reinforcing steel bars comprise an upper-layer reinforcing steel bar mesh and a lower-layer reinforcing steel bar mesh; the precast beam is a steel beam, a precast steel-concrete composite beam or a precast concrete beam; the post-cast block is provided with post-cast block steel bars and post-cast block concrete; the post-cast block is arranged above the precast beam, and the post-cast block is in a strip shape; one end of the beam connecting piece is fixedly connected with the precast beam; the other end of the beam connecting piece is inserted into the post-pouring block, and the post-pouring block and the precast beam are connected into a whole; the end part of the prefabricated floor slab is arranged on the prefabricated beam or is adjacent to the prefabricated beam; the ends of the prefabricated floor slab steel bars extend out of the side face of the prefabricated floor slab and are connected with the post-pouring block transverse steel bars. The post-cast block concrete wraps the post-cast block steel bars to form a reinforced concrete block, and the prefabricated beam and the prefabricated floor slab are connected into a whole.
