Concrete shear wall with prefabricated steel reinforcement framework and UHPC formwork and construction method
The invention provides a concrete shear wall with prefabricated steel reinforcement frameworks and UHPC formworks and a construction method. The shear wall comprises the steel reinforcement frameworks, a steel reinforcement connecting cage for connecting the two steel reinforcement frameworks and UHPC plates connected to the peripheries of the steel reinforcement frameworks. Concrete is poured between the UHPC plates; the connecting points of the steel reinforcement framework are welded, so that the whole steel reinforcement framework can be independently stressed, and the overall supporting strength is enhanced; the welding of the two edge member reinforcement cages can provide support during the welding of the middle part main body reinforcement cage; uHPC has the advantages of being high in strength, good in durability, good in impermeability and the like, and the problems of cracking, corrosion and the like of the shear wall can be effectively prevented when the UHPC is used as a permanent formwork of the shear wall; meanwhile, the steel reinforcement framework of the concrete shear wall and the UHPC board are manufactured into a whole in a factory prefabrication mode, direct pouring can be achieved only by erecting a side face formwork after site hoisting is conducted in place, and the site construction process is greatly reduced.
本发明提供了一种预制钢筋骨架和UHPC模板的混凝土剪力墙及施工方法,剪力墙包括钢筋骨架、连接两个所述钢筋骨架的钢筋连接笼,以及连接于所述钢筋骨架外周的UHPC板;所述UHPC板之间浇筑有混凝土;对钢筋骨架的连接点采用焊接,使整个钢筋骨架可以单独受力,加强整体的支撑强度;两边缘构件钢筋笼的焊接能够在中间部分主体钢筋笼焊接时提供支撑;而UHPC具有强度高、耐久性好及抗渗性好等诸多优点,将其用作剪力墙的永久性模板可以有效防止剪力墙出现裂缝和腐蚀等问题;同时采用工厂预制的形式将混凝土剪力墙的钢筋骨架与UHPC板制成一个整体,现场吊装就位后仅需支设侧面模板即可直接浇筑,极大的减少了现场施工的过程。
