The invention discloses an anti-cracking construction method for a thermal insulation floor. The anti-cracking construction method comprises the following steps: pre-treating a concrete floor base layer; popping up various control lines in the construction area of the concrete floor base layer; a flexible shrinkage material is pasted on the structural wall at the concrete floor base layer according to the control line, and the flexible shrinkage material is higher than the concrete protection layer; heat preservation plates are pasted on the concrete floor base layer, a preset distance is reserved between every two adjacent heat preservation plates, and a reinforcing mesh is placed above the heat preservation plates; and concrete is poured on the concrete floor slab base layer to form a concrete protection layer. According to the anti-cracking construction method for the heat preservation floor, the flexible shrinkage material is arranged on the structural wall adjacent to the adjacent concrete floor base layer, and the reinforcing mesh is arranged on the heat preservation plate, so that cracking of the concrete protection layer is well avoided, and the supporting effect on the concrete protection layer can be achieved; settlement and cracking caused by insufficient rigidity of the concrete protection layer due to shrinkage of the insulation board in the later period are prevented, and the follow-up maintenance workload is reduced.
