The invention discloses a reinforcing method for a damaged concrete column and application of the reinforcing method. By means of an improved section-enlarging reinforcing method and a CFRP-steel composite pipe concrete assembly type reinforcing mode, a plurality of half steel pipe concrete prefabricated sections are prepared to be arranged on a damaged steel pipe concrete column in a sleeving mode to form a whole round steel pipe concrete prefabricated section, the whole round steel pipe concrete prefabricated section is fixed through bolts, concrete is poured so that the connecting positions can be filled compactly, and finally CFRP cloth is wound and pasted to the outer side of a steel pipe. And a similar double-pipe concrete structure is formed. The strength and ductility of the core concrete are improved; and the performance of an internal concrete material is further restrained and improved by utilizing an externally-bonded CFRP material, and a weak node connection area is locally reinforced, so that the overall mechanical property of the reinforcing column is improved. According to the method, the reinforcement construction efficiency can be effectively improved, the bearing capacity, ductility, fatigue performance, anti-seismic performance and the like of the damaged concrete-filled steel tubular column can be remarkably improved, and the method has important application value in rescue and relief work of main roads, main buildings and the like.
本发明公开了一种受损混凝土柱的加固方法及其应用。通过改良增大截面加固法,使用CFRP‑钢复合管混凝土装配式加固的方式,制备多段半钢管混凝土预制段套在受损钢管混凝土柱上并形成圆钢管混凝土预制段整体,经螺栓固定并浇筑混凝土使得连接处填充密实,最后在钢管外侧缠绕粘贴CFRP布,形成类似双管混凝土结构。提升核心混凝土强度和延性;利用外粘CFRP材料,进一步约束提高内部混凝土材料性能,并对节点连接薄弱区域进行局部加强,提高加固柱整体力学性能。本发明的方法,能有效提高加固施工效率,可显著提高受损钢管混凝土柱承载力、延性、疲劳和抗震性能等,尤其在主干道、主要建筑等的抢险救灾中有重要应用价值。
