The invention provides a soundproof shutter. The soundproof shutter comprises a shell, a first side wall and a second side wall, wherein the first side wall and the second side wall are arranged on the two opposite sides of the shell; the driving piece is arranged on the first side wall; the first linkage assembly comprises a first linkage piece and a plurality of first rotating pieces, each first rotating piece extends into the corresponding blade, the two ends of each first rotating piece are rotationally arranged on the first side wall and the second side wall correspondingly, and the first linkage pieces are arranged on the driving piece and the multiple first rotating pieces; the second linkage assembly comprises a second linkage piece and a plurality of second rotating pieces, each second rotating piece extends into the corresponding blade, and the two ends of each second rotating piece are rotationally arranged on the first side wall and the second side wall correspondingly; and the transmission part is arranged on the first side wall or the second side wall, is connected with the driving shaft of the driving part and the second linkage part, and is used for driving the second linkage part to move so as to drive the plurality of second rotating parts to rotate when the driving part drives the transmission part to operate. Therefore, abrasion to the driving shaft is reduced, and the space ratio of the driving part is reduced.
