The invention relates to an illuminating lamp which comprises a lamp body. The water collecting device is in contact with the outer wall of the lamp body while collecting water to cool the lamp body, so that the service life of the lighting lamp can be prolonged, the cleaning device is movably arranged on the outer wall of the lamp body to clean dust on the lamp body, the lighting effect of the lamp body is prevented from being affected, and the service life of the lighting lamp is prolonged. The spraying device is connected with the water collecting device and sprays water to the cleaning device, the cleaning device is humidified while being cleaned, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning device is better.
