The invention discloses a material for a rail transit pantograph carbon slide plate and a preparation method of the material. The material comprises the following raw materials: graphite powder, carbon powder, modified carbon fibers and boron modified phenolic resin, wherein the graphite powder accounts for 10-50 parts by mass, the carbon powder accounts for 20-50 parts by mass, the modified carbon fiber accounts for 5-30 parts by mass, and the boron modified phenolic resin accounts for 1-30 parts by mass; the modified carbon fiber comprises a nickel-plated COFs modified carbon fiber; the nickel-plated COFs modified carbon fiber is adopted, on one hand, a benzene ring structure can be introduced to the surface of the carbon fiber, the benzene ring on the surface of the carbon fiber can effectively improve the compatibility between the carbon fiber and the boron phenolic resin due to the fact that the main chain of the boron phenolic resin is mainly composed of benzene rings and methylene, and on the basis of the high hardness and compactness of the carbon fiber, the carbon fiber can be effectively protected; and the stable friction coefficient and oxidation resistance of the boron phenolic resin are combined.
本发明公开了一种轨道交通受电弓碳滑板用材料及其制备方法,所述材料原料包括,石墨粉、碳粉、改性碳纤维和硼改性酚醛树脂;其中,以质量份数计,所述石墨粉为10~50份,所述碳粉为20~50份,所述改性碳纤维为5~30份,所述硼改性酚醛树脂为1~30份;所述改性碳纤维包括镀镍COFs改性碳纤维;本发明采用镀镍COFs改性的碳纤维,一方面能够在碳纤维的表面引入苯环结构,由于硼酚醛树脂的主链主要是由苯环和亚甲基组成,所以碳纤维表面的苯环可以有效改善碳纤维和硼酚醛树脂之间的相容性,基于碳纤维自身的高硬度和致密性,结合硼酚醛树脂稳定的摩擦系数和抗氧化性能。
