The embodiment of the invention relates to a cross crossover turnout of a double-track-distance railway casing line. The cross crossover turnout comprises a common curved strand track, a common straight strand track and a rhombic cross structure. The shared curved track comprises a first double-track-distance mantle line right-opening turnout and a first double-track-distance mantle line left-opening turnout and is used for double-track-distance straight-strand traffic. The shared straight track comprises a second double-track-distance mantle-line left-opening turnout and a second double-track-distance mantle-line right-opening turnout and is used for double-track-distance straight traffic; a part of the track of the first double-track-distance mantle line right-opening turnout and a part of the track of the second double-track-distance mantle line right-opening turnout extend in the first direction and are in butt joint with the rhombic cross structures correspondingly for double-track-distance side strand traffic. A part of the rail of the second double-rail-distance mantle-line left-opening turnout and a part of the rail of the first double-rail-distance mantle-line left-opening turnout extend in the second direction and are arranged in a butt joint mode with the rhombic cross structure respectively for double-rail-distance side-strand traffic. According to the embodiment of the invention, trains with different gauges can respectively cross lines in a double-track-gauge mantle line turnout line.
