The invention discloses a low-dosage stainless steel microwire conductive asphalt concrete electric heating ice and snow melting pavement, and belongs to the field of research and development of intelligent and functional pavement materials. According to the method, the stainless steel microwires are doped in a mode of firstly mixing the stainless steel microwires with asphalt and mineral powder, and a voltage pre-applying mode and a three-piece electrode arrangement mode which are designed on the basis of a conductive mechanism are adopted; the conductive asphalt concrete can be endowed with excellent electric conduction and heat conduction performance on the basis of ensuring excellent mechanical and deformation performance of a traditional pavement structure material, namely asphalt concrete, so that when the conductive asphalt concrete is connected with an external power supply, the conductive asphalt concrete can be heated through electro-thermal conversion according to the Joule's law, and self ice and snow melting of a pavement is realized. The electric heating ice and snow melting pavement with the low mixing amount of the stainless steel microfilament conductive asphalt concrete can be directly applied to road sections with serious snow accumulation such as airfield runways, parking lots, bridge decks and tunnel entrances in the forms of conductive asphalt concrete full-size pavement, strip type pavement and overlay.
本发明公开了一种低掺量不锈钢微丝导电沥青混凝土电热融冰雪路面,属于智能及功能性路面材料研发领域。本发明通过采用不锈钢微丝与沥青和矿粉先拌和的方式掺加不锈钢微丝,以及采用基于导电机理设计的预加电压方式和三片式电极布设方式,可在保证传统路面结构材料‑沥青混凝土优异力学和变形性能的基础上赋予其优异导电和导热性能,进而在连接外部电源时,导电沥青混凝土可根据焦耳定律通过电热转换进行加热升温,实现路面的自融冰雪。本发明提出的低掺量不锈钢微丝导电沥青混凝土的电热融冰雪路面,可直接以导电沥青混凝土全尺寸铺面、条带式铺面、罩面层形式应用于机场跑道、停车场、桥面板、隧道口等积雪严重路段。
