The rigidity-variable combined structure comprises a new arch bridge arch ring and an original stone arch bridge arch ring, the new arch bridge arch ring is located at the bottom end of the original stone arch bridge arch ring, and the bottom end of the new arch bridge arch ring is fixedly connected with a reinforcing support. The outer unit of the novel arch ring of the main body composite structure is formed by splicing the multiple sections of corrugated steel plates in a staggered mode through the high-strength bolts, the inner unit is composed of the shear nails, the cast-in-place UHPC and the reinforcing mesh, the mechanical property advantages of high strength and high toughness of the steel corrugated plates and the ultra-high performance concrete are utilized, the structure size is reduced, and the self weight is reduced; the novel arch ring structure of the combined structure has the advantages of being high in strength, light and not prone to cracking.
本发明涉及一种用于石拱桥的刚度可变式组合结构和加固方法,包括新拱桥拱圈与原石拱桥拱圈,所述新拱桥拱圈位于原石拱桥拱圈的底端,所述新拱桥拱圈的底端固定连接有加固支架。本发明主体组合结构新拱圈外单元由多节波纹钢板通过高强螺栓交错拼装而成,内单元由剪力钉、现浇UHPC、钢筋网组成,不仅利用了钢波纹板和超高性能混凝土两种材料高强、高韧的力学性能优势,减少了结构尺寸,减轻自重,组合结构新拱圈结构具有高强、轻型化、不易开裂的特点。
