Jacking construction process for high pier column bridge
The invention provides a high pier column bridge jacking construction technology which comprises the following steps that an existing building serves as a counter-force foundation, and a column embracing beam is constructed on a bridge pier column above the existing building; the column embracing beams are located on the bridge pier columns and at least connected in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction to form a column embracing beam assembly, and jacking equipment is synchronously installed; the set position of the pier column is cut off at least at the position lower than the column embracing beam, so that the bridge pier column is divided into an upper section and a lower section; the column embracing beam is jacked, and the upper-section bridge pier column is driven to rise upwards till the column embracing beam is jacked to the set position; and connection construction of the lifted upper-section bridge pier column and the lifted lower-section bridge pier column is completed, and the jacking equipment and the column embracing beam are dismantled. Investment of jacking temporary supports, scaffolds and other equipment and materials can be reduced, the operation face of jacking construction is placed at the bottom of the pier column, and the risk of high-altitude operation is avoided; and meanwhile, the bridges to be jacked are connected into a whole through longitudinal and transverse connection, so that the safety of jacking construction is improved.
本发明提供了高墩柱桥梁顶升施工工艺,包括以下步骤,以既有建筑为反力基础,在既有建筑上方的桥梁墩柱上施工抱柱梁;位于桥梁墩柱上的若干个抱柱梁,至少进行纵横向连接,形成抱柱梁组件,同步安装顶升设备;对墩柱设定位置处进行截断,所述截断至少在低于抱柱梁位置处进行截断,使得桥梁墩柱分割为上下两段;顶升抱柱梁,带动上段桥梁墩柱朝上升起,直至抱柱梁顶升至设定位置;完成升起的上段桥梁墩柱和下段桥梁墩柱的连接施工,拆除顶升设备和抱柱梁。本发明既可以减少顶升临时支撑、脚手架等设备、材料的投入,且将顶升施工的操作面放在了墩柱底部,避免高空作业的风险;同时通过纵横向连接,将要顶升的桥梁连接为整体,提高了顶升施工的安全性。
