The suction type pile shoe comprises a suction piece and a pile shoe body, wherein the suction piece comprises a hollow suction barrel with two open ends and a top plate arranged at the top of the suction barrel and used for sealing the top opening; the suction barrel comprises an inner barrel, an outer barrel sleeving the periphery of the inner barrel and a bottom plate connecting the bottoms of the inner barrel and the outer barrel, the top plate is connected to the top of the outer barrel, a space in the inner barrel forms a suction cavity, and the outer barrel and the inner barrel form an interlayer space along a radial interval; an accommodating space is arranged at the upper end of the suction barrel; the pile shoe body sleeves the upper part of the periphery of the suction barrel; the periphery of the pile shoe body extends outwards and exceeds the suction barrel outwards. The pile washing system comprises a plurality of nozzles which are arranged in the interlayer space at intervals, and the nozzles can spray seawater or air outwards; the suction and injection system penetrates through the top plate and the accommodating space and extends into the suction cavity; the suction and injection system can suck the medium in the suction cavity so that negative pressure can be formed in the suction cavity or the medium can be injected into the suction cavity.
