The invention discloses a long screw pile reinforcement cage positioning and guiding device which comprises an inner ring, an outer ring with the inner diameter extending outwards is welded to the vertical bottom end of the inner ring through steel bars, and horizontal bubbles used for enabling a long screw pile drill bit to be lifted upwards to see the inner ring for horizontal adjustment are evenly arranged at the end of the inner ring.
