The invention discloses a long screw pile reinforcement cage positioning and guiding device which comprises an inner ring, an outer ring with the inner diameter extending outwards is welded to the vertical bottom end of the inner ring through steel bars, and horizontal bubbles used for enabling a long screw pile drill bit to be lifted upwards to see the inner ring for horizontal adjustment are evenly arranged at the end of the inner ring. The inner ring is arranged on a drill rod of a pile machine in a sleeving mode, the sleeving position is opposite to the moving direction of the pile machine, and after the inner ring is sleeved, the inner ring is inserted into soil through positioning arranged at the bottom of a threaded telescopic supporting leg, or a positioning taper thread is detached to enable a supporting base to be arranged on a floor. The height of the supporting stand column is adjusted on the threaded telescopic supporting legs through the threaded rotating rods, it can be guaranteed that the inner ring can be seen after a drill bit is completely lifted out of the slurry face, leveling of the inner ring and the outer ring is conducted through the spirit bubble, the inner ring is located on the horizontal plane, and then the steel reinforcement cage is inserted downwards in a vibrating mode by aligning the center of the inner ring. Therefore, the deviation of the position of the downwards-inserted reinforcement cage can be reduced, and the downwards-inserting accuracy of the reinforcement cage is improved.
