The invention discloses a deep foundation pit excavation drainage device and a drainage method thereof. A plurality of first air cylinders are fixedly connected to the upper surface of a connecting plate, main air cylinder rods are arranged on the lower surfaces of the first air cylinders, auxiliary air cylinder rods are arranged at the ends, opposite to the first air cylinders, of the main air cylinder rods, and an anti-seepage wall is fixedly connected to the ends, opposite to the main air cylinder rods, of the auxiliary air cylinder rods. The end, opposite to the air cylinder auxiliary rod, of the anti-seepage wall is fixedly connected with an anti-seepage wall base, and the lower surface of the anti-seepage wall base is fixedly connected with a plurality of fixing rods. A dewatering well anti-seepage wall structure is additionally arranged for a deep foundation pit excavation drainage device. The fixing rod on the diaphragm wall base can be drilled into the ground inside the dewatering well, and the stability of the diaphragm wall structure of the dewatering well is guaranteed. The dewatering well diaphragm wall structure can effectively prevent underground water from permeating into the foundation pit from surrounding soil, the water level of the foundation pit is prevented from rising again, and the dry state of an excavation site is kept.
