The reinforcing method comprises the following steps that formworks are installed around profile steel, and a structure for a tie assembly to penetrate through is reserved in a gap between the upper formwork and the lower formwork; the bases are installed around the formwork, and the bases form a whole through connecting assemblies; the base is connected with the outer end of the pulling assembly, the pulling assembly penetrates through the baffle and the gap between the upper formwork and the lower formwork, the inner end of the pulling assembly acts on the profile steel, and the gap between the upper formwork and the lower formwork is blocked and reinforced through the baffle on the inner side of the base. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the internal profile steel is used for anchoring, the baffle is tied to the outer side of the formwork, slurry plugging at the position can be achieved, the formwork at the position can be reinforced, and follow-up construction deformation is avoided; the size of the tie and the size of the connecting assembly can be flexibly adjusted, so that the whole structure can meet construction requirements of columns of different shapes and specifications, and the application scene is expanded.
