The invention discloses a foldable sunshade with a signal lamp, which comprises a mounting column, the interior of the mounting column is of a hollow structure, and the top of the mounting column is provided with a mounting table top; the signal lamp is arranged on the mounting column; the electric control box is arranged on the mounting column and is connected with the signal lamp; the shed frame is arranged on the mounting table top at the tops of the mounting columns; the shed frame comprises a plurality of movable support rods and foldable shed cloth arranged between the movable support rods. The folding control device is arranged in the mounting column or/and on the mounting table top, and the folding control device controls the multiple movable support rods to rotate to different positions to achieve unfolding of the shed frame or controls the multiple movable support rods to rotate to the same position to achieve folding of the shed frame. The sunshade has the advantages that the multiple movable support rods in the sunshade frame can be folded or unfolded through the folding control device, and the sunshade is not prone to damage when encountering severe weather such as typhoon, violent snow and rainstorm after being folded.
