The invention provides a spliced roadbed excavation step quality detection device and detection method.The detection device comprises a transparent groove, the transparent groove is filled with colored liquid, one side of the transparent groove is provided with a first height scale area, and the other side of the transparent groove is provided with a second height scale area; each of the first height scale area and the second height scale area comprises a lowest scale line, a highest scale line and a plurality of middle scale lines, and the liquid level of the colored liquid is higher than the lowest scale line and lower than the highest scale line. The detection method comprises the following steps: placing the transparent groove filled with the colored liquid on the inward inclined cross slope of which the slope ratio needs to be detected; after the liquid level of the colored liquid is stable, liquid level scales at the first height scale area and the second height scale area are obtained; and calculating the slope ratio. The transparent groove filled with the colored liquid is arranged on the inward-inclined cross slope, the liquid level of the first height scale area and the liquid level of the second height scale area form the scale difference, whether the slope ratio of the inward-inclined cross slope meets the construction requirement or not is calculated and checked, rapid and accurate measurement of the slope ratio of the inward-inclined cross slope on the surface of the step is achieved, and the construction precision is improved.
本发明提供了一种拼接路基开挖台阶质量检测装置及检测方法,检测装置包括透明槽,透明槽内装有有色液体,透明槽的一侧设有第一高度刻度区,另一侧设有第二高度刻度区,第一和第二高度刻度区均包括最低刻度线、最高刻度线和多条中间刻度线,有色液体的液面高度高于最低刻度线且低于最高刻度线。检测方法包括:将装有有色液体的透明槽置于需要检测坡率的内倾横坡上;待有色液体的液面稳定后,获取第一高度刻度区和第二高度刻度区处的液面刻度;计算坡率。通过将装有有色液体的透明槽置于内倾横坡上,第一和第二高度刻度区的液面形成刻度差,计算并检验内倾横坡的坡率是否符合施工要求,实现对台阶表面内倾横坡坡率的快速精确测量,提高施工精度。
