The top end of the photovoltaic support is connected with the reel, the reel is wound with the protective layer, the top end of the photovoltaic support is further provided with the release mechanism of the protective layer, the bottom end of the photovoltaic support is provided with the fixing mechanism of the protective layer, and the release mechanism and the fixing mechanism can be triggered in strong wind weather; the releasing mechanism is triggered by the wind speed indicator to release the protective layer, the protective layer slides down and is fixed through the fixing mechanism, the photovoltaic panel can be protected through the protective layer, the wind speed indicator can store energy in the continuous rotation process, the protective layer is automatically rolled up when the wind is small, and therefore the photovoltaic panel can be automatically protected in the strong wind day.
