Bamboo fiber material blind ditch and manufacturing method and application thereof
The invention provides a bamboo fiber material blind ditch and a manufacturing method thereof, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: orderly and/or disorderly winding softened bamboo fibers according to a certain rule, and bonding and forming wound contact points by using an adhesive to obtain a bamboo-wound three-dimensional hollow tubular body; and the hollow tubular body is subjected to spatial three-dimensional curing treatment, and the bamboo fiber material blind ditch is formed. The low-carbon environment-friendly bamboo fiber material blind ditch is used for replacing a high-energy-consumption and high-pollution plastic blind ditch, is applied to engineering construction, aims to utilize a natural environment-friendly bamboo fiber material, realizes development of a new product of replacing plastic with bamboo, reduces pollution of the plastic blind ditch to the environment, achieves the purpose of reducing carbon, and has important social significance and economic value. The bamboo fiber material blind ditch is of a three-dimensional hollow structure, has good water permeation performance, high compressive strength and rigidity, is low in cost and environmentally friendly, completely meets the engineering construction requirements and has wide popularization and application prospects.
本发明提供一种竹纤维材料盲沟及其制作方法,其制作方法为:将软化后的竹纤维按一定规则有序和/或无序相互缠绕,利用黏结剂将缠绕的接触点黏结成型,得到竹缠绕立体缕空管状体;对该缕空管状体进行空间三维固化处理,形成竹纤维材料盲沟。本发明利用低碳环保竹纤维材料盲沟代替高能耗、高污染的塑料盲沟,应用于工程建设,旨在利用天然绿色竹纤维材料,实现“以竹代塑”新产品的开发,减少塑料盲沟对环境的污染,达到减碳降碳目的,具有重要的社会意义和经济价值。本发明提供的竹纤维材料盲沟,是一种立体镂空结构,具有良好的渗透水性能,具有较高的抗压强度和刚度,成本低,绿色环保,完全满足工程建设要求,具有广阔的推广及应用前景。
