The invention discloses a full-recycled concrete high-performance admixture which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0-100 parts of an ordinary polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 0-100 parts of an anti-adsorption polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and 0-100 parts of a slow-release polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, and the slow-release polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is a mixture of 0-100 parts of an ordinary polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 0-100 parts of an anti-adsorption polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and 0-100 parts of a slow-release polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The proportion of the slow-release type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is set to be 0 to 100 parts. The polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is prepared by mixing a common polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, an anti-adsorption polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a slow-release polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent which are prepared in different manners, the mixture is added into the concrete prepared in the same manner, and then the concrete added with the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agents prepared in different manners is subjected to experimental recording. The slump, the expansion degree, the initial setting time and the final setting time of the concrete are recorded, the working performance of the concrete is known, the fully-recycled concrete mix proportion design method is verified, and subsequent use of the concrete is more convenient.
