Preparation method of carburized ZTA ceramic material
The invention belongs to the technical field of ZTA ceramics, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a carburized ZTA ceramic material. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a ZTA ceramic blank; 2) carburizing heat treatment; and 3) hot isostatic pressing treatment. Compared with the prior art, the carburized ZTA ceramic material has the technical advantages that the carburized ZTA ceramic material is a product pre-sintered at the temperature of 1200 DEG C, the porosity is reserved, and a certain strength is given to a blank. According to the invention, permeation of carbon atoms is realized through migration of the carbon atoms in the pre-sintered ceramic, and a part of the carbon atoms act in zirconium oxide crystal lattices to stabilize a high-temperature phase of zirconium oxide, so that the stable tetragonal phase of the zirconium oxide can be better retained at room temperature, conversion to a monoclinic phase is avoided, and the volume change of the zirconium oxide is increased; and thus, defects such as cracks in the ceramic are avoided. And the other part stays at the grain boundary of the ceramic particles, so that abnormal phenomena such as ceramic crack propagation and the like can be avoided.
本发明属于ZTA陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种渗碳ZTA陶瓷材料的制备方法。该方法包括:1)ZTA陶瓷胚件的制备;2)渗碳热处理;3)热等静压处理。与现有技术相比,本发明的技术优点在于:本发明的渗碳ZTA陶瓷材料,是经过1200℃预烧的产品,保留了孔隙率并且给予了胚件一定的强度。本发明是碳原子在预烧的陶瓷中的迁移来实现碳原子的渗入,一部分作用在氧化锆晶格中,对氧化锆的高温相起到稳定的作用,使其稳定的四方相可以更好地保留到室温,避免向单斜相转化,增加其体积变化,进而避免陶瓷中裂纹等缺陷的生成。而另一部分则停留在陶瓷颗粒的晶界处,可以避免陶瓷裂纹扩展等异常现象的产生。
