Self-cleaning artificial turf
A self-cleaning artificial turf is composed of an adhesive layer, a base cloth layer and artificial grass, the artificial grass is tufted on the upper surface of the base cloth layer, the adhesive layer is coated on the bottom surface of the base cloth layer, the artificial grass is made of a polymer resin base material, the surface of the artificial grass is treated by a hydrophobic functional coating to form a hydrophobic coating, and the hydrophobic coating is coated on the surface of the base cloth layer. The hydrophobic functional coating is prepared from 20%-50% of pure acrylic emulsion, 2%-6% of organic silicon emulsion, 3%-10% of fluorine-containing acrylic emulsion, 2%-5% of nano SiO2 and 40%-60% of deionized water. The macromolecular resin base material is prepared from 88%-93% of resin, 2%-6% of nano powder, 0.3%-0.8% of an antioxidant, 0.2%-0.7% of an ultraviolet light absorber and 3%-5% of color master batch. According to the invention, the grass filament is prepared by adding the nano-powder material subjected to hydrophobic treatment, and by adding the modified nano-powder material, not only can the physical and mechanical properties of the grass filament be improved, but also the contact angle between the grass filament and water can be further improved, that is, the hydrophobicity of the grass filament is enhanced.
