Concrete pavement crack cutting and pouring all-in-one machine
The invention provides a concrete pavement crack cutting and pouring all-in-one machine which comprises a crack cutting mechanism and a crack pouring mechanism, and the crack pouring mechanism comprises a storage box, an air compressor and a grouting shell; the joint cutting mechanism is mounted at one end side of the storage box and is used for performing joint cutting treatment on the concrete pavement; the material storage box is used for storing grouting materials. The top of the grouting shell communicates with the material storage box, and the bottom of the grouting shell communicates with the kerf, so that grouting materials are poured into the kerf; the air compressor is installed in the material storage box, communicates with the grouting shell and is used for injecting compressed air into the grouting shell so that the grouting shell can extend downwards to form a closed grouting space together with the kerf, and grouting materials can flow through the grouting shell from the material storage box to be poured into the kerf. The device can realize the integration of three processes of joint cutting, joint cleaning and joint pouring, reduces the process flow, can effectively improve the joint pouring quality, avoids material waste and road surface pollution, and can reduce the dust harm, thereby greatly improving the construction efficiency and saving the construction cost.
